This week i have been sewing like mad but there have been some delays. We had to put our beautiful Bella to sleep, Nikita needed a filling and Stacey was due her shots so i am surprised i got anything done. This is my first attempt at dealing with batting, the walls of the bags, handles, straps (it has two smaller handles and one long one) and front and back pockets are lined with batting then another lining. I really hate the feeling off batting on it's own but it feels so soft when i attached the lining. As you can see in the middle picture there are pockets on the inside, that one is a gathered pocket and on the other side is a flat pocket. More pictures soon.
